The Vintech X73 is a class A, all discrete, transformer balanced microphone preamplifier with equalizer. Its circuitry is based on the class A circuitry originally used in the classic Neve 1073 module. We have done extensive side by side comparison tests both in studio situations and each year at the AES show.
